Please Touch Museum

Mothers Day - we drove to Philly to the Please Touch Museum. It started out very slow - stuck in traffic for over an hour. Once we got there it was fun. It is a small museum with exhibits that kids can interact "touch".
There was a garage area. Here Katie is building a car - she adds the tires and grill and takes it for a spin. They had other cars and a bus to playing and a crane to operate.

They had a large water area - Katie loved it. A little "river" which didn't work very well but also an area that they could splash in.

A little musical section. They had a large walk on piano like in the movie Big, but she didn't want to play with that one. She like the little one that she could sit down at.

Bill played a long also. There is one area where you can try to build planes then send them up this rail system and see if they can fly down. The pieces weren't very aerodynamic.

They had a little town section also. A grocery store to buy things at - which she enjoyed. A shoe store and a little hospital. And a little house with a garden.
It was a long day and she didn't nap on the ride home. We all had a good time. She passed out that night right after her bath.
