Parade

Bill took Katie to her first parade on saturday - the St Patricks Day parade in seaside heights. They had a good time. I am sorry I missed it ( had to work ). Bill only took a few pictures, but the video is cute.

Geese

We stopped my the lake by Great adventure the other day - I wanted to feed the ducks. Well the ducks were geese and Bill wasn't very happy - he really isn't an animal person. Any way Katie had a fun time. She always loves throwing rocks into the water. She wasn't quite sure about the geese.

This is about as close as Bill would get to the geese. Don't think we will be returning here again any time soon.

Singing Katie

Katie was jamming in the car. She had her Wiggles guitar and was a crazy singing kid.

What fun. She went on for almost 10 minutes.

Swing set

Thankfully we have had some warm weather and we can play in the back yard again/ Hopefully she will get a lot of use out of the play set this simmer.

Just a little bit of static. You can hear it pooping as she moved away from the slide

Fore

Look at that form , look at that swing.

I want to stay small

We are all laying in bed last night after her bath. Katie started complaining that her legs were hurting her. Now she will do just about anything for a band-aid so we don't give too much credit to her complaining ( well unless of course we know she is actually hurt). Well there wasn't any signs of injury but she was going on for a little bit. So I played along with her for a while - asked her where it hurt and what happened. She didn't know but both her legs hurt.
So I looked over to Bill and asked " Do you think it could be growing pains". Well she starts crying hysterically and we can't understand what she is saying. Finally we get her to calm down to where we can understand her and she says " I want to stay small". Bill and I start laughing and try comforting her. She was fine in a few minutes but boy the things she hears and the way her little mind interprets them are amazing.

Washing Moms car

What a great little helper - she just dove right in and washed my car. Boy I hope she doesn't grow out of that.
